What Happens If I Hit a Limit?​

If you reach a plan limit (for example imports or projects):

  • You can continue using existing data
  • New actions are paused until you:
    • Upgrade your plan, or
    • Remove unused projects, feeds, or exports

42feeds will always show clear warnings before limits block your workflow.

All paid plans include a 14-day free trial.

During the trial:

  • You get access to all features of the selected plan
  • You can cancel at any time
  • No long-term commitment required

Billing is handled securely via our payment provider.

Billing & Payments​

Payment Provider​

All payments and subscriptions are securely processed via Creem.io, a trusted payment and subscription management platform.

Creem.io handles:

  • Payments
  • Invoices
  • Taxes (VAT where applicable)
  • Subscription management

Your payment details are handled securely by Creem and are never stored by 42feeds.

Billing Cycles​

You can choose between:

  • Monthly billing — maximum flexibility
  • Yearly billing — save approximately 2 months compared to monthly pricing

You can switch billing cycles at any time.

Currency Support​

42feeds supports EUR and USD.

  • The default currency is selected automatically based on your region
  • You can switch currencies on the pricing page before checkout

Managing Your Subscription​

You can manage your subscription anytime from Settings → Billing:

  • View your current plan
  • Upgrade or downgrade
  • Cancel your subscription
  • Access invoices and payment history

Subscription management opens the secure Creem.io customer portal.

Cancellation & Downgrades​

  • You can cancel at any time
  • Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • After cancellation, your account automatically falls back to the Free plan
  • No data is deleted when you downgrade

Yes. You can change plans at any time. Changes apply immediately or at the next billing cycle, depending on the action.

Is VAT included?​

VAT is applied automatically during checkout where required and handled by Creem.io.
